RESERVATIONS, TEXTING, PICKUP & DROP OFFS
RESERVATIONS
Please continue to make your reservations in your client portal and PLEASE be sure to choose the correct drop off and pick up times. The client portal defaults to ALL open hours unless you pull the drop down menu and choose your time.
It is important for us to know what time we should expect you!
TEXTING
Please continue to text us if you are going to be EARLIER or LATER than your reservation drop-off or pick-up time, with as much notice as you can muster.
To keep chaos to a minimum, the pups are in back when we know someone is getting picked up/dropped off, but they’re all much happier when they can have the run of the joint (sorry)!

* Please keep this number in your contacts for texting (only). Feel free when picking up to give us a five minute warning and we’ll do our best to have your pup leashed up and ready for you!
DROP OFFS & PICK UPS
As before, text us when you’re here. We now have a BUZZER for entry. Listen for the bzzzzz and come on in for your BFF!

All ACME humans are fully vaccinated.
If you want to mask up, please do. If you don't, it’ll be nice to get to know the bottom half of your face!
