WINTERTIME PICKUPS:
While we continue to do our best to accommodate this pandemic, and with the onset of colder weather, with the facemasks and heavy coats and winter hats and the early dusk ..we can’t tell who you are when you come to pick up your pup! The rolling glass door will be down more days up, so we can’t even communicate through there, d’oh!
Good news! We’ve added an additional phone number for just this reason
Use this number to:
Let us know if you're running late for drop off or pick up!
Let us know you are on your way to pick up your pup!
Let us know that you're outside!
When you're on your way (we'd LOVE a heads up) or already outside
Text us at (917) 740-3182
* Please put this number n your contacts for easy access
DAYCARE RESERVATIONS:
We’d like to ask you to make daycare reservations in your client portal for your pups.
When booking daycare, please choose the drop off/pick up times as close as possible to when you plan on arriving for drop off and pickup
Same day is totally fine!
We just need a heads up that you're coming
Because of the way we set up the run, we've found that it's best for us (and the doggos), to know when a dog is coming (or going). That way we can have the others in the back when they arrive so there isn't over-excitement at the front gate
We (and the excited pups) thank you!
Drop off and pick up will work a little differently

OTHER ITEMS:
Please make sure your pup’s vaccinations are up to date!
While the book is still open on pups and Covid-19, here is the latest from the CDC: “CDC is aware of a small number of pets, including dogs and cats, to be infected with the virus that causes COVID-19, mostly after close contact with people with COVID-19. Only a few of the pets reported to be positive showed signs of illness. Based on the limited information available to date, the risk of animals spreading COVID-19 to people is considered to be low.”
We will, of course, do our best to stay up to date with the science and to react and readjust accordingly.
We trust the science, and believe scientists
We trust you to do the right thing, as you hopefully trust us to do the same. We can’t wait to see you and (mostly) your pup!

DROP OFF:
- We’ll ask that before or when you arrive, you first Text us at (917) 740-3182 and that you STAY OUTSIDE until we wave you in
- You’ll secure your pup between the first two gates, just drop em’ in there, leash and all
- We’ll ask you then to hightail it outta there, hitting the Purell station to the right of the door on the way out
- If there’s anything you need to speak to us about, you can call/email us before or after
PICK UP:
- We’ll ask that before or when you arrive, you first Text us at (917) 740-3182 and that you STAY OUTSIDE until we wave you in
- We’ll get your pup (please remain outside), leash them up and put them between the gates where you left them
- THEN we’ll wave you in (now you can come in!) as we back away from our side of the gate
- Again, we’ll ask you to hightail it outta there, hitting the Purell station to the right of the door on the way out and calling/emailing us with any questions etc
OTHER ITEMS:
- We’ll be switching out collars on ALL pups for the foreseeable future.
- We’ll be washing/sanitizing our hands before and after each handling of collars/leashes and sanitizing collars after every use.
- We will continue our rigorous cleaning routine. As mentioned, we’ll be washing our hands constantly.
- And, at this point, we probably have the largest supply of Purell on the planet!
Please make sure your pup’s vaccinations are up to date!
