We’ve prepared this checklist of our requirements to help you complete your pup’s enrollment:
ALL DOGS MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED - NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO AGE OR ANY OTHER REASON
TRIAL SESSION - The trial session is mandatory for all dogs wishing to enter ACME Dog Run for daycare. It is designed to evaluate for temperament in the pack as well as any separation issues that may be present to ensure their comfort in varied situations with a variety of pups.
It also serves as a great chance for us to get to know your dog and more importantly, for your dog to get to know us!
We prefer that trial sessions are started early in the day to ensure that the new dogs are the 1st dogs in our daycare and to ease any initial stress of entering a new environment. Pups must stay for 3 hours. This is to insure they have a great, stress free first experience at ADR!
Because of the way we set up the run for anticipating new visitors for the day, it is important that you arrive at the time you've made your reservation. If you are going to be late, please let us know.- you can either cancel in your client portal and rebook at a new time or give us a call but the fastest way to contact is is to

Please note: This day is done without owners present, to minimize the stress on your pup. To ease integration into the pack we do not allow owners to stay and watch their dogs enter the run for the trial day. Please call or visit our CLIENT PORTAL to schedule your pups trial session.
VACCINATIONS:
All dogs are required to be fully vaccinated pursuant to NYC regulations. We require a printout from your vet, which you can upload through our CLIENT PORTAL. It is your responsibility to make sure that your pet continues to be fully vaccinated per NYC law while visiting ACME Dog Run & you are required to provide us with updated vaccination records for your pet, each time they are vaccinated. This is non-negotiable.
RABIES – 1 or 3 year
DISTEMPER – 1 or 3 year
BORDETELLA– 1 year
QUICK RELEASE COLLAR - All Dogs must wear a “quick release” collar (squeeze to release) If a dog enters ACME without a collar, a temporary nylon collar will be supplied.
REGISTRATION IN OUR CLIENT PORTAL MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED PRIOR TO ADMISSION

Vaccinations are manually input ASAP by us ACME humans once we receive them - look out for a confirmation email which will then allow you to book your trial session.
*After registration, you will not be able to book a trial session until you've received a confirmation email.
