Thank you for your interest in ACME Dog Run! We’ve prepared this checklist of our requirements to help you complete your pup’s enrollment:
We prefer that trial days are started early in the morning to ensure that the new dogs are the 1st dogs in our daycare and to ease any initial stress of entering a new environment. This day is done without owners present, to minimize the stress on your pup.
Please note: For safety and to ease integration into the pack we do not allow owners to stay and watch their dogs enter the run for the trial day.
After your pups trial day, you’re free to hang with your dog, have some coffee and listen to some tunes for up to two hours per day care or boarding visit at ACME dog run going forward!
The trial day only $10 regardless of how long your pup hangs with us (minimum stay of 5 hours)
Please call or visit our client portal to schedule your pups first day. No walk-in's for your trial day, please!
The enrollment form and terms and conditions must be completed, hand signed and initialed by all clients before their dog can spend time at ACME. No exceptions will be granted.

OVERNIGHT BOARDING:
{currently unavailable due to COVID}
For some boarders who are not regular day care clients, we may insist on a day or two of day care time to (re)acclimate your pup to Acme prior to your boarding stay. A familiar pup is a happy boarder! For all boarding stays you will be required to provide a NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit (which will apply to your final bill) at least 7 days before your dog’s scheduled arrival. Should you cancel your reservation once you have paid this deposit you will forfeit the deposit. The fees for boarding are based on any overnight period up to a 24 hour period. After the 24 hour period normal daycare charges apply. We can provide walks upon request for an additional fee.
FOOD & FEEDING (Boarding Only):
Dogs do best with their own food!
As such, we will only feed your dog food that you have brought from home.
Please bring at least one day’s extra supply in case of emergency.
HOLIDAYS:

Please book your holiday reservations as far in advance as possible. We will fill for the holidays. For all boarding stays you will be required to provide a NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit (which will apply to your final bill) at least 7 days before your dog’s scheduled arrival. Should you cancel your reservation once you have paid this deposit you will forfeit the deposit.

We can accommodate holiday daycare with reservations
(holiday hours are 9am to 6pm)
Additional fees:
+$10 for 1/2 day of daycare
+$20 full daycare and boarding
Holidays are: New Year's Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, Presidents Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend (Wed-Sunday) & Christmas Eve/Christmas Day.
- Client Enrollment form must be fully completed upon admission
- ALL DOGS MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Proof of vaccination
- Rabies – 1 or 3 year
- Distemper – 1 or 3 year
- Bordatella – Semi-annual (every 6 months).
- Please confirm we’ve received all records prior to your first day (including your trial day)
